PEACH JULEP


INGREDIENTS
60 ml Armagnac RABASTAS 6 YEARS
30 ml Fresh Peach puré
2 dashes Angostura bitters
METHOD
Lightly MUDDLE (only bruise) mint in base of the glass, add other ingredients. Half fill the glass with crushed ice and STIR for a couple of minutes. TOP up the glass with more crushed ice and STIR again. Repeat this process until the drink fills the glass and serve
GARNISH
Mint sprig and dry peach slices
