MANGO MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

60 Ml RABASTAS BLANCHE Armagnac

20 Ml Fresh Mango puré

20 Ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

20 Ml Sugar syrup

12 fresh Mint leaves

Soda Water

METHOD

MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of glass. Add BLANCHE, lime juice, mango puré and sugar. Half fill glass with crushed ice and STIR. Fill glass with more crushed ice and STIR some more. TOP with soda and STIR
